Drop Dead Darlings is committed to processing orders promptly. 

We will do our best to ship items within 3-5 business days after an order is placed.

Fort McMurray area:

*contact less delivery $5 charge  (Free over $100)

• Packages will be delivered Tuesdays & Saturdays.
• You will receive a text as your package is on its way for delivery and a second text that it has been delivered.

*Curb side pickup

• We are offering pickups on Monday - Saturday 12-6pm. Please call the store at 780-748-1040 to confirm your order is ready for pickup.
• Please choose "curbside pickup" at checkout.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your item is ready.
• Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed.

Outside the Fort McMurray Area:

• Packages are sent via Canada Post Xpresspost with tracking.

Shipping in Western Canada:

$0.00 - $99.99 before tax = $12.00

$100.00 before tax or more =  we ship for free!

Alberta – 2-4 business days once shipped (aprox)

BC, Sask, Man 3-7 business days once shipped (aprox)

Canada Wide:

$0-$119.99 before tax = $17.00

$120.00 before tax or more =  we ship for free!

Canada wide – 4-8 business days once shipped (aprox)

Lost or Stolen Package

If your package says delivered and you can’t find it (not always to the door, check your community mailbox if you have one), you will need to contact Canada Post with your tracking number. Drop Dead Darlings is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns

Sorry you didn’t love your item(s)!!!

You have 14 days to return your regular priced item(s) for in store credit. Sale items, accessories & undergarments are final sales. The garment must have original tags attached, be unworn with a receipt to qualify for a return.

Fort McMurray area:

In Store Credit & Exchanges:

1. If your item isn’t a LOVE and it meets the above return criteria please return your item to the boutique during our regular business hours.
2. Returns must be brought to the boutique within 14 days of receiving your original package.
3. If your item/s meet our criteria you will be issued a store credit that will be kept on file at the boutique or you may choose to exchange your item/s in store at that time.

• We cannot guarantee your requested size exchange. The sooner we receive your item back the better chance you have of it being available.

Outside the Fort McMurray Area:

In Store Credit:

1. If your item isn’t a LOVE and it meets the above return criteria please contact us at [email protected] .
2. We must have your return request emailed to us within 10 days of receiving your package. We will give you further instructions once we have received your return request.
3. All returns are mailed back at the customers expense.  Please mail returns back to the address provided in the email.
4. Your package must be in the mail heading back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

 Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable unless the product is damaged or the incorrect item was shipped. 

Defective or Damaged Items:

Contact Drop Dead Darlings within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damages prior to shipping. If we have missed something and you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund. If the item has been wash or the tagged removed we cannot offer a refund.
