Sorry you didn’t love your item(s)!!!

You have 14 days to return your regular priced item(s) for in store credit. Sale items, accessories & undergarments are final sales. The garment must have original tags attached, be unworn with a receipt to qualify for a return.

 

Fort McMurray area:

In Store Credit & Exchanges:

  1. If your item isn’t a LOVE and it meets the above return criteria please contact us at [email protected]
  2. For local returns we offer drop off on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We will give further instructions via the email. Any returns that are not previously authorized will not be excepted.
  3. Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your original package.
  4. Fill out the return form that accompanied your purchase, place it in the bag, along with the garment you wish to exchange or return.

 

  • We cannot guarantee your requested size exchange. The sooner we receive your item back the better chance you have of it being available.

*All returns are processed in the form of a store credit ,that will be emailed to you within 5 days of us getting the return.

 

Outside the Fort McMurray Area:

In Store Credit:

  1. If your item isn’t a LOVE and it meets the above return criteria please contact us at [email protected] .
  2. We must have your return request emailed to us within 10 days of receiving your package. We will give you further instructions once we have received your return request.
  3. All returns are mailed back at the customers expense.  Please mail returns back to the address provided in the email.
  4. Your package must be in the mail heading back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

 Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable unless the product is damaged or the incorrect item was shipped

 

Defective or Damaged Items:

Contact Drop Dead Darlings within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damages prior to shipping. If we have missed something and you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund. If the item has been wash or the tagged removed we cannot offer a refund.
