How will my order be packaged?

Regular & Premium orders will be packaged with tissue paper and stickers, then put in a decorative Drop Dead Darlings paper bag.

Standard Canada Post shipping orders will be packaged with tissue paper and stickers, then placed in a standard shipping package with a tracking number.

Drop Dead Darlings offers 3 methods of shipping:

1. Regular Drop Dead Darlings delivery service (Fort McMurray only)
2. Premium Drop Dead Darlings delivery service (Fort McMurray only)
3. Standard Canada Post Shipping (with tracking numbers) (all other Canadian orders)

1) Regular D.D. Delivery Service (Fort McMurray only):
Regular Drop Dead deliveries will be hand delivered to your door.  Deliveries will occur on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12-3.  If the scheduled delivery day doesn’t work for you, contact us at info@dropdeaddarlings.com and we will make arrangements for the next available delivery day.  Regular orders will be processed within 24-48hrs of receiving them.

3) Standard Canada Post Shipping (Out of town orders):
Orders are shipped by Canada Post, usually going out 24-48 hours after receipt of payment. Packages can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days for delivery depending on the destination. When the package is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You may track your package online at www.canadapost.ca or over the phone at 1-866-607-6301.

 

How much does shipping cost?

1. Regular Drop Dead Darlings hand delivery service (Only in Fort McMurray):  **FREE
2. Premium Drop Dead Darlings hand delivery service (Only in Fort McMurray):  $20
3. Standard Canada Post Shipping (with tracking numbers) (Fort McMurray and all other Canadian orders): $5

** Free for purchases over $40.  A $5 charge will be added to your bill for orders under $40.00 CND

 

How long do I have to wait?

That depends on the delivery method chosen!!!!  Please see the delivery chart under the question, ”Who does your deliveries?”  Orders past 11am on Friday through Sunday night will not be processed until Monday morning.

 

What is your return policy?

Drop Dead Darlings is committed to your satisfaction. Return your order with a Return Authorization number within 14 days for exchange or gift card equivalent minus shipping charges.

Please take the following steps:

1. Please email us at returns@dropdeaddarlings.com to request a Return Authorization number.
2. We must receive your return within 14 days of receipt of your order.
3. A return without a RA number or not returned within time will be shipped back without refund.

Please make sure to get your RA number as early as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as you received it to obtain an exchange. Items may be marked invisibly to prevent fraud. We will only accept returns of merchandise that are in their original packaging, un-worn and with all tags attached. Merchandise that is damaged or used will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

All sales become final after 14 days from purchase.

Cancellations
We attempt to process orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling, and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. No fees will apply to any order cancelled before the items have been shipped. Please email returns@dropdeaddarlings.com.

Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Drop Dead Darlings. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost, once the package is back in our warehouse. This shipping and/or any shipping surcharges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages that are returned or shipping with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to any/all additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges.

Your Acceptance of These Terms
By using this web site, and purchasing our products, you signify you agree with the policies of Drop Dead Darlings. If you do not agree with our policies, please do not use our web site or services.
Exceptions to the Return Policy:

Clearance Items:
Any items marked down by more than 30% or located in a designated “Clearance” category is considered a clearance item. Clearance items cannot be returned.

Shoes:
We do not accept returns on shoes that have been scuffed.  Please be extremely careful trying on shoes.  We recommend trying them on only on carpet, for a very limited time, and inspecting them for marks before attempting to send them back.  All shoe returns must include the original shoe box, in the original condition (not bent or damaged in anyway).

Swimwear & Lingerie:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on swimwear & lingerie due to hygienic concerns.

Consumable Products:
We do not accept returns on consumable products that have been used, including candles, perfume & other beauty products.

Unfortunately for SALE ITEMS Drop Dead Darlings CANNOT accept returns.

 

How do I start a return?

Please email returns@dropdeaddarlings.com. Include the following information:

• Your full name
• Order Number
• Item names/ids
• Reason for your return

Please send your return via Canada Post with tracking.  We cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves. We must receive your return within 7 business days of your return email.
